International Shipping Guidelines
International shipping fees are NOT included in orders under $750.00 *
Insurance is available for a minimal additional charge, and is based upon the method of shipment. Insurance limits are determined by the customer’s “ship to” country.
Add Helium recommends additional insurance coverage on all orders valued over $100.
If you would like quotes or assistance in determining your best shipping method, please make your request in the “Merchant Notes” box on the order page.
Unless specified, ADD HELIUM will choose the method of shipping. Final cost of shipping is determined after all items are packed and weighed.

A confirmation email will be sent to you within 2 business days of your transaction. If you do not receive confirmation of your shipment within 5 business days, please email Peter or Phyllis as well. We're all humans and we make mistakes, so if we miss your order, please let us know!
Please verify that the address we received is the correct address for shipping. If this is not correct, contact us ASAP so we can make the necessary changes.
You will receive a second email regarding tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped
Please note that US postal holidays will be observed. On these days, USPS and UPS orders will not be sent out.

• What credit cards do you accept?
We now accept all major credit cards! Mastercards, Visa, & Discover.
• I have questions about my order. Is there someone I can call?

• Do you ship to APO, DPO, and FPO Addresses?
YES!
However, these orders can only be shipped via USPS and may take up to 21 business days to arrive.
• Will I be able to track my order once it is shipped?
For domestic orders you will be able to track your order online, unless it is shipped First Class mail. You will be sent tracking information.
• What if I live overseas? How will I track my package?
All international packages will have tracking information with the exception of US Postal Small Flat Rate Priority Box.
• How long will my international shipment take?
US Postal Priority: 6-10 business days to foreign customs
US Postal Express: 3-5 business days to foreign customs
DHL, UPS, & Fedex are typically quicker, but more costly.
• There are no international shipping rates on the store!
How will I determine how my order will be shipped?
All international orders will receive personal service to assist the customer in determining the best method of shipping. Add Helium is able to offer all forms of international shipping, including freight. We work extra hard to take care of our international customers!
• What about customs and import duties/taxes?
All Add Helium orders are shipped duties and taxes unpaid. We cannot predict what those fees may be. Please check with your country’s customs agency to answer any questions you have concerning these fees. If you have not received your order within 31 business days, please contact us to begin an inquiry.
