The Renegade Weight Harness System is padded, fully adjustable and designed to fit both women and men. Hold up to 15 pounds (6.8 kg) of weight in each pocket. The pockets can be easily ditched or removed if needed. The sternum strap is removable and can be moved up or down for better placement on men or women.
