Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Returns -- Your complete satisfaction is our goal. With the exception of a few specific items (special orders,custom build items), if an item you purchase from us does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item, please contact us for a Return Authorization. We will issue a refund or ship your exchange as soon as we receive your properly authorized return.
